Clermont Ferrand Short Film Festival |
Lights, camera, action! The Alliance Française de Hamilton has partnered with Waikato Museum to screen a selection of short films from the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival. Held annually it is the second largest film festival in France, after Cannes, and its prestige is known the world over. The films will be shown during two afternoon sessions in November at the museum; one session dedicated to children and the other for general viewing. Entry is free thanks the DéléguéGeneral de la Fondation de l’Alliance Française for NZ who negotiated the film rights. Last time such films from this prestigious festival were screened by us in Hamilton the quality was exceptionally high. |
